Warts

Warts are small, rough skin growths that appear when a virus (HPV) infects the top layer of the skin. They are common, harmless, and can occur on the hands, feet, face, or other areas. Warts vary in type, shape, and location.

Years Experience
Since 2005, I have been working as a Consultant Dermatologist at the Institute of Skin Diseases, Karachi. In this capacity, I provide specialized dermatological care, manage complex and chronic skin disorders, and contribute to the training and mentorship of upcoming dermatologists.

My long-standing commitment to the field reflects both my clinical expertise and dedication to the advancement of dermatological healthcare.
I did my postgraduate diploma in Dermatology (D.Derm) from the University of London, which laid the foundation for my extensive career in dermatology spanning over 26 years.

I began my professional journey as a Senior Registrar in the Department of Dermatology at Baqai Medical University, Karachi, where I was actively involved in clinical practice and academic responsibilities. I then served as a Dermatologist at Al Qunfidha Hospital under the Ministry of Health, Saudi Arabia, for five years. This role enriched my experience by exposing me to a diverse range of dermatological conditions and international healthcare standards.
